Delete a benchmark provision, removing the benchmark from all accounts under it.
This deletes the provision only. The benchmark itself is left in place; use Delete Benchmark to delete that.
This method is used to remove benchmarks added by an administrator and the removal will reflect in all existing accounts and future accounts.
